In addition to cactus wrangling at the Beatrice Wood Center for the
Arts, singer-song writer William volunteers his talents for the
opening reception for the 2008 "A Celebration of Nature" exhibition.
Mary and Bill’s mosaic hearts were two of some forty-plus decorated
hearts that were donated to raise funds for H.A.R.T (Homeless Animal
Rescue Team) of Cambria.
Our little band of ceramic artists from across the
country came together for a four-day “Luster
Workshop” to attempt the elusive signature luster
glazes of Beatrice Wood.
