You may be wondering, since I’m not a licensed contractor, just how I can be of
service in getting your landscaping installed now you have a direction. One of my
prime objectives during your consultation is to discern what is the most cost effective
way to get the job done. The options are many and it depends on several factors.
The scope of the project usually dictates who you would choose to do your
installation and how I can help:
Small garden projects can be completed by you or your own gardener. I can
purchase the right plants on your behalf (or take you shopping), spot (or place) the
plant material on site and then supervise the work for correct horticultural practices.
Moderate-sized landscape projects may require skilled labor. You can serve as
your own contractor and “sub” out portions of the work to each specialist such a
mason or irrigation company. I’ll layout a plan of action to be sure it is done in the
correct order and to troubleshoot common problems. I can also layout my design on
the site for the workers and spot plant material and help with design decisions as
the job progresses.
Large complex landscape projects are best left to a professional licensed
contractor for the complete installation. From the type of stone and concrete colors
you use to selecting that perfect specimen tree, I can assist in all the detailed
decisions that must be made throughout the course of the job. I work with the
contractor to ensure the success of the design intent.
Whatever the scope of your garden or landscape
project, let’s talk about it. Just give me a call!
